Fermentation Description:
This wine was fermented in small open top fermenters, 3 day cold soak, and 14 day fermentation. Aged in 30% new French American Oak for 16 months.

Tasting Notes:
A rich dark purple color, intense aromas of Berry & Spice add to the flavors of ripe Black Berry & Black Pepper, finishing with rich chocolaty tannins and a lingering spice.
